10A NCAC 14J .1748       STANDARDS FOR SINGLE CELLS

Each single cell shall have:

(1)           a minimum floor space of 50 square feet;

(2)           a minimum floor dimension of seven feet;

(3)           a toilet, a sink and a drinking fountain.
